Short List of The Top Franchise Opportunities

You can find a large list of the top franchise businesses that you can start on various websites online. I wanted to just discuss the first few on the list to give you an idea of why that they made it to this top franchise list.

Subway is the first on the list and there are so many great reasons why it made its way to the number one position. Firstly the cost to begin this franchise is between $100,000 and $285,000, which is not that large of an investment for the startup of an already proven business. But this is not why this top franchise is in the number one position; it’s because of the income potential that you will make. The small 8% royalty fee of your overall gross sales is nothing.

McDonald’s is the number two on the top franchise list and has been on this list for so many past years in various positions. McDonalds has many requirements, and one of the most difficult requirements to meet is the $250,000 of cash on hand that they require you to have. If this is something that you have than opening this top franchise is an awesome choice. We all know and love this fast food restaurant.

Liberty Tax Service is third on this list, and offers the cheapest initial franchise fees and total investment of the two listed above, $56,800 – $69,900. The only qualifications you will need to successfully run this business is general business experience, marketing skills and customer service experience.

A list will narrow things down.

You can find the complete list of the top franchises online, and you should review each of them completely before making a final decision.
